Your files, on your device.

Document parsing, PDF rendering and English image text recognition happen in your browser. Documents and pasted text are held in the tab's memory, not uploaded to Urmia Works. Close the document or tab to clear that working copy. Bookmarks save a hashed file identifier derived from the name, size and modification time and a page number in your browser's local storage. Clear site data to remove them.
The optional rF AI English voice downloads the Supertonic 3 neural model and speech engine from this website. Its model files are cached in this browser when storage is available; Remove downloaded voice removes that model cache. Text and generated speech remain in the tab and are not sent to a speech API. Basic device voices are also available, limited to voices the browser reports as local. Performance depends on your device. Image recognition may download its code and language data from this website and cache language data in your browser.
MoodStrip
The camera is requested only after you select Start camera. No microphone is requested. Images are processed in memory in this tab and are not automatically uploaded or retained by Urmia Works. Stop camera ends the video stream; leaving the tab also stops an active camera. Clear photos removes the current working images. Save PNG downloads an image to your device. Share uses your device's sharing interface and the destination you choose.
Cast to Sonos
Choose either Sonos account controls or Android pairing. Sonos sign-in is handled by Sonos; Urmia Works never receives your Sonos password. Our Cloudflare-hosted backend exchanges the authorization code and sends your playback and volume commands to Sonos. Access and refresh tokens are kept in an encrypted, Secure, HttpOnly browser cookie for up to seven days. Sign out removes that cookie from this browser. You can revoke the integration through Sonos. The temporary sign-in state cookie expires after ten minutes. Room names, system identifiers and playback status pass through the backend to display your controls. No microphone or app audio is sent through this backend.
Android pairing uses a private link and an encrypted control connection over your local network. The pairing key is held in this browser tab’s session storage and is removed when you disconnect; the Android session expires after 30 minutes or when ended in the app. The key is in the link fragment, which is not sent to our server; the page removes it from the address bar when opened. A shared link grants control of known speakers. Disconnect Browser controls in Android to revoke the link. Starting microphone or phone-app capture still requires confirmation on the phone. The browser does not record audio. The phone continues to send its normal local audio stream directly to Sonos.
Website hosting and advertising
Cloudflare serves the website and its code and may process normal connection information such as IP address and request metadata for delivery and security. Advertising on our product and marketing pages has separate data practices described in the website privacy policy. No third-party ad scripts are included in the document reader, photo workspace or Sonos controls.
Open-source software
The browser reader includes PDF.js, Mammoth, Tesseract.js, ONNX Runtime and Supertonic 3. Third-party license notices.
