Compatibility

Designed for music, with honest limits.

Apps and protected content can block Android playback capture. Calls and all system sounds are not supported. Compatibility varies by phone, source app, speaker and Sonos settings. Android may continue playing audio on the phone, and some delay remains, so app-audio mode is intended for music rather than synchronized video or gaming. Microphone mode can hear nearby room and phone sounds; keep the phone away from speakers to reduce feedback. Live microphone latency, stability and sound quality vary and are not guaranteed. Use both modes on a trusted Wi-Fi network.
