Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Urmia Works ("we", "us") is an independent software studio operated by Urmia Holding AS. We respect your privacy and collect as little information as possible. This policy covers this website; for the individual Android apps, use their product privacy policies. The browser app privacy details explain local document and photo processing.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you choose to join our launch list. We use it for a single purpose: to let you know when our apps go live and the occasional important update.
• Messages you send us — if you email us, we keep the contents of that message to respond to you.
• Basic technical data — like standard server logs and anonymous, aggregate traffic statistics, used to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
• We don't send marketing spam. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• We do not upload your documents or photos from the browser tools.

Advertising and your choices

Advertising, when available on our product and marketing pages, is supplied through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage and identifiers, together with information such as your IP address, browser, device, page visits and ad interactions, to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition and prevent fraud. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this or other websites.

Where consent is required, a consent message offers choices before consent-dependent advertising is used. You can revisit those choices through the advertising privacy controls on pages where ads run. You can also manage personalized advertising in Google My Ad Center and learn about Google's use of information from partner sites. Other vendors may offer choices through industry opt-out controls. Refusing personalized ads does not necessarily remove all ads.

No third-party advertising scripts are included inside the readFlow document workspace or MoodStrip photo workspace. Ad services do not receive the documents or photos you open there through our app code. Advertising availability depends on Google's review and serving decisions.

Website delivery

Cloudflare delivers this website and may process connection information, including IP addresses and request metadata, for delivery and security. We do not currently include a separate website analytics tracker.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the launch list until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed. To be removed, just email [email protected].

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Contact [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy as our apps launch and our services grow. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
